This IPR Policy outlines NSIGNIS's ("Company") ownership, protection, and use of intellectual property on its website ("Site"). It applies to all users, employees, contractors, and third parties interacting with Company content.
Intellectual property includes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, software code, designs, and proprietary information created or used by the Company. This policy governs all Site content, including software, logos, text, graphics, and user-generated materials.

Use of the Trademarks as part of a link to or from any site is prohibited unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by us in writing. All goodwill generated from the use of NSIGNIS’s Trademarks serve to our benefit.
No rights in or to our software and related services or any part thereof, are granted and no use is permitted except as permitted under this agreement. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from NSIGNIS. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the software and related services or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the Software in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the Software on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited. Any violation of this Agreement, terminates access to the software and services related follwed by your immediate destraction of any copies you have made of the software.
In no event shall NSIGNIS or any of its affiliates, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, personnel or agents be liable or responsible for any claim, losses or damage, whether direct, special, indirect or consequential, resulting from the use of, or the inability to make use of, this website or its content, including, without limitation, damages for lost revenue, lost or damaged data, costs or other commercial or economic loss, whether based in contract, or any other theory of liability.
NSIGNIS may grant access to its API, to be used at your own risk and at your own sole responsibility. Such access (or attempt to access) to the API by the means described in the API documentation provided by us, if applicable, or in accordance to the developer credentials assigned by us. NSIGNIS may set and enforce limits on the use of the API (e.g. number of requests, or the number of users you may serve), in our sole discretion. You hereby agree to, and will not attempt to circumvent such limitations documented with each API.
By using the API, you hereby absolutely, irrevocably and unconditionally, waive, release, remise and forever discharge NSIGNIS, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, shareholders and their respective affiliates from any and all rights, demands, claims and liabilities whatsoever of any kind, known or unknown, which you or any other person on your behalf, may now or hereafter have or claim to have against the NSIGNIS in connection with any resources provided under the API and/or the software and/or related services and/or under any external site and/or any other matter whatsoever, including without limitation, in connection with any potentially infringing resources disclosed through the API and/or the software and/or related services.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, clients and/or customers and/or design partners shall not, directly or indirectly: (a)Reproduce, duplicate, copy, trade, or resell the API or any content deriving from the API for any purpose, unless NSIGNIS’s express consent was obtained. (b)Sublicense an API for use by a third party. (c)Copy, translate, modify, create a derivative work of, sell, lease, lend, convey, distribute, publicly display, or sublicense to any third party. (d)Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten others, interfere with or disrupt the API or the servers or networks providing the APIs. (e)Scrape, build databases, or otherwise create permanent copies of the API, or keep cached copies longer than permitted. (f)Take an action with the intent of introducing to NSIGNIS products and services any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, malware, or any items of a destructive nature. (g)Misrepresent the source or ownership of the API, remove, obscure, or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices; or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices, or other labels of the origin or source of material.
